Saturday 21st – International Students Bristol City Tour – TBC

A tour of your new city, university and home!
Meet in the CHH reception at (time TBC)


Monday 23rd – Ice Breaking Games – 12:00

Come along and play some awesome and interesting ice breaking games involving human pyramids and egg cannons!
followed by the Triangle and University Tour – 15:00
A tour of your new city, university and home!
A chance to explore the area you’ll be living in and get some advice from your guides.

Tuesday 24th – Picnic on the downs and Frisbee – 12:00

Come join us for an afternoon at the beautiful Clifton Downs overlooking the amazing Suspension bridge. Enjoy a game of Frisbee or just a chance to meet some more of your fellow residents. Weather permitting .
Meet at the CHH reception at 12:00.


Wednesday 25th – Bowling and city centre tour – 15:00

Fancy a game of bowling accompanied with a tour of the city centre and shopping district? Well here’s your chance to do so with some awesome people!
We have two lanes at The Lanes (no joke intended) reserved for an hour from 16:30 so please bring £6 each if you wish to knock over some skittles!

Thursday 26th – Freshers’ Fair – 11:00

We will be providing guided trips down to the Bristol Harbourside at given intervals from 11am. Check out the reception noticeboard at CHH for more information on leaving times and guides.


Friday 27th – Silly Olympics – 12:00

Sport is about strength, grit, determination, success… and definitely humour!
Come and join us for an afternoon of craziness!
Meet in the Fry Garden at 12.

Saturday 28th – Just ask – drop in café – 12:00

More information will be coming shortly!


Sunday 29th – Countryside and Harbourside Walk – 10:30

Meet out the front of CHH at 10:30 and walk through Clifton Village, stopping at the Clifton Observatory (Camera Obscura/Giants Cave, a few £ entry), then over the Suspension Bridge, heading into Ashton Court for some kite flying/frisbee (bring toys!). After that we'll wander down to the harbourside, past the SS Great Britain and M Shed, finishing in the centre for some cold beverages. Opportunities for late elevenses and lunch at Ashton Court and Brunel's Buttery, or bring a picnic! Finish time depends on how much we stop and play but feel free to come and go as you wish. (weather dependent - if it's wet then we'll postpone to a brighter day).
